So after shooting all these fit people for so long… I’ve FINALLY decided to start living a little healthier… As I type this- there’s some broccoli in the microwave, and some chicken breast I George Foreman’d last night waiting in line… Two days down– a feeeewwwww more to go. Big thanks to all the fit folks I’ve had the honor of meeting/working with– especially one of the guys that kick started my journey. He’s 5 times older than me (ok, maybe only 4x) so I really have NO excuses…. Thanks Big D.
